When you create a Cognostra account we collect your name, email address, and the video you submit as part of your application. Once you become a member we also collect the content of your problem submissions, chat messages exchanged during AI coaching sessions, and payment information needed to process your monthly membership fee. This is the full extent of what we store about you.

We collect this data because we need it to run the platform. Your name and email let us authenticate you and send transactional messages like receipts and record updates. Your submissions are scored and tracked so we can maintain accurate records and leaderboard rankings. Payment details are collected strictly to process your monthly membership through our payment provider.

We share your information only with the third party services required to operate Cognostra. These include our payment processor, database provider, email delivery service, and AI infrastructure provider. We do not sell your data to anyone and we do not share it with any party beyond these services.

If you cancel your membership we retain your account information including your name and email address to enable reactivation. If you request full deletion of your data we will process that request within 14 days and confirm by email. To request deletion contact privacy@cognostra.com.

We may use anonymised submission data to improve the accuracy and fairness of our scoring systems over time. This data is stripped of all identifying information before it is used for any analytical or improvement purpose. No individual member can be identified from this anonymised dataset.
